Please select one of the following fixed price options for us to assist you in completing the delivery.
- Rebook a redelivery to the same address – we will try again to deliver to the same address for you.
- Rebook a redirection to a new delivery address – we will deliver to a new address you provided.
- Return to sender – we will return the item to you, at the pickup address supplied, for the job.
We will attempt you complete your new booking the same day where possible or it will automatically be allocated to the next business day.
